DATA PROCESSING PLACE

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the hosts used by users connecting to the site, the addresses in the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system, the browser (fingerprint) and the computer environment user.
The data (log-file, traffic data) could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site, and for the same reason kept by the ISP (Internet Service Provider, Internet connectivity provider).

The form in the “contacts” section is used for the purpose of responding to requests sent to us. Also, in this case it is not necessary to acquire your prior consent as the processing of the data in question (name, e-mail, telephone).

METHOD OF TREATMENT

Pursuant to art. 13, paragraph 2, lett. d) You are informed of the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority for the Protection of Personal Data if you find a violation of your rights of interested or for matters relating to the processing of your personal data.
The requests relating to the aforementioned articles of the EU Regulation no. 679/2016, must be forwarded to the Data Controller using the contacts indicated at the head of this statement.
